摘要 介入影像学具有在影像设备和技术、手术器材、操作途径这三方面的不断快速创新和改良的优势,近年来在国内外都得到迅猛发展。其适应证越来越广,加入到介入手术队伍其他科室的医生也越来越多。但国内与发达国家相比仍有明显差异。由于发展迅猛,人们对其期望很高,加之存在大量超适应证使用器材和药品的情况,近年国内外有关的医疗诉讼呈明显上升趋势。从业人员要尽最大努力遵循国际操作标准,善于与相关的医务人员和病人进行沟通,在超适应证使用器材和药品时慎之又慎,才能形成既促进学科发展又保障医疗安全的双赢格局。本文就介入影像学的现在和未来做一述评。 Taking the advantages of abilities to constantly and rapidly make innovations and improvements in the aspects of image documentation equipment and techniques, operation supplies, and procedure approaches, interventional imageology has been developing swiftly home and abroad in recent years. The indications expand continuously. More and more physicians in other departments from the image department participate in this team. Noticeable differences still exist between China and the developed countries. Globally, number of malpractice lawsuits increases obviously currently due to its rapid expansion, high expectancy of its effects from the public, and the presence of numerous instances of off-label use of devices and substances. Practitioners should try their best to follow international standard of care, to have communica- tion skills among healthcare workers and with the patient, to be cautious to the use of off-label materials, for the estab- lishment of win-win deal status both promoting discipline progress and ensuring healthcare safety.

作者简介 执行编委简介:官泳松,教授,硕士生导师,博士生和博士后指导教师。现从教于四川大学,从医于四川大学华西医院放射科和肿瘤科,生物治疗国家重点实验室固定成员。中国肿瘤微创治疗技术创新战略联盟副主任委员,吴阶平医学基金会微创介入医学专家委员会副主任委员,多个医学学术机构介入类全国委员。《西部医学》及国内外数十家医学期刊(包括SCI、MEDLINE收录者)主编、编委和审稿人。目前客座主编三期SCI杂志。1986年起开展介入诊断和治疗,有30000多例介入手术的临床诊疗经验,擅长诊断和治疗各种疑难病症。现有数项课题和基金获四川省科技进步奖4项,四川省卫生厅科技进步奖1项,厦门市科技进步奖1项,成都市科技进步奖2项,四川省、成都市优秀论文奖7项。发表论文200余篇,其中100余篇属于核心期刊,50余篇被MED—LINE收录。精通英语,用英文发表专业学术论文60余篇,其中50余篇被SCI收录。多次应邀在国际性学术会议演讲。多次在国内举办的外宾讲学活动中任现场翻译。
