毛细管电泳安培检测法对食品中抗氧化剂的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:针对食品中的BHA和PG物质,应用毛细管电泳安培检测法对测定的相关因素进行探讨。方法:研究了缓冲溶液、分离电压和检测电位等对分离、检测及测定的影响,并相应地引用了一种改进的工作电极制备方式帮助这项工作的完成。结果:方法具有灵敏度高、重现性好的特点。结论:适用于多种商业食品中抗氧化剂的检测。
