Traffic Condition Monitoring System Based on Intelligent Vision

摘要 当前智能交通系统只能对交通的流量特征进行监控,无法细分交通的不同状态。在充分研究交通监控原理的基础上,提出一种基于智能视觉识别技术的交通多状态识别系统。利用监控图像帧差灰度变化区间,更新图像背景,引入像素变化控制规则作为核心软件算法。结合交通状态监控数据源,检测堵塞、行人以及停车等多状态交通事件。以实际系统测试表明,系统能够及时准确检测出相关的交通事件,并且具有较高的检测精度。 The current intelligent transportation systems can only be to monitor the traffic flow characteristics, unable to segment different states of the traffic. On the basis of fully study of traffic monitoring principle, put forward a kind of more traffic state recognition based on intelligent visual identification system, using the monitoring image frame differential variance interval, update the image background, introduction of pixels change control rules as core software algorithm, combining with traffic condition monitoring data, detect jams, pedestrians and traffic event parking state, etc. In real system testing shows that system can timely and accurately detect the relevant traffic incident, and has high detection precision.
