海孜矿上保护层开采卸压保护范围数值模拟研究 被引量:4

Numerical Simulation of Haizi Mine Upper Protective Layer Mining’s Protection Scope

摘要 为准确考察海孜矿7煤层上保护层工作面开采后下部卸压保护范围,保障被保护层工作面的顺利接替,应用FLAC-3D数值模拟软件,模拟实际地质条件下的保护层开采行为。研究了受采动影响后的被保护层走向及倾向上的应力分布。应用实际地质条件参数计算得出被保护9煤的应力卸压准则:当煤层最大主应力小于8.18 MPa时,煤层得到充分卸压。结合被保护层应力分布及应力卸压准则研究得出上保护层开采卸压保护范围:风巷侧卸压角为77°,机巷侧卸压角为75°,走向卸压角为63°。这些结果与实测结果基本一致。 To determine the protection scope after 7th coal seam had been mined in the Haizi coal mine in Anhui,China,the protective layer mining was simulated using the FLAC-3D numerical simulation software.Distribution characteristics of the maximum principal stress along the 9th coal seam’s strike and tendency were studied.Stress discharging standards were calculated for the 9th coal seam needing protection: when the layer’s maximum principal stress is less than 8.18 MPa,it is in a protected state.The protection scope was determined: the released angle along the air way is 77°,the released angle along the machine way is 75°,the released angle along the strike is 63°.The result is consistent with the field measurement.
