香蕉根际及内生真菌次生代谢产物抑菌活性测定 预览 被引量:6

Study on Antifungal Activity of Banana Rhizosphere and Endophytic Fungi

摘要 以分离和筛选具有抗真菌活性的香蕉根际及内生真菌为目的,从云南省内不同种植区的香蕉根际及植株内分离到93株真菌.以香蕉枯萎病菌、香蕉炭疽病菌、香蕉小窦氏叶斑病菌、香蕉暗双孢叶斑病菌、香蕉弯孢霉叶斑病菌、香蕉角斑梨孢病菌等6个病原真菌为靶标,对这93株真菌的次生代谢产物进行抗菌活性测定.采用孢子萌发抑制和菌丝生长抑制作用初步测定其抗菌活性,并通过生长速率法和温室盆栽进行活性复筛.孢子萌发抑制作用测定结果表明,对上述6种病原真菌具有抑制活性的菌株分别占总菌株数的18.28%、25.81%、17.20%、21.51%、18.28%、23.66%;而菌丝生长抑制作用测定结果表明,对上述6种病原真菌具有抑制活性的菌株分别占总菌株数的11.83%、15.05%、11.83%、13.98%、9.68%、13.98%;菌丝生长速率法活性复筛获得BEP-006、BEP-058、BEP-073等3个高活性菌株;3个高活性菌株次生代谢产物对香蕉枯萎病的平均防治效果分别为72.06%、64.16%、59.33%,这3个高活性菌株具有进一步应用开发的潜力. In order to isolate antifungal active fungi from banana,banana plants and rhizosphere soil were collected from different planting areas in Yunnan Province.The thizosphere and endophytic fungi were isolated from these samples.The antifungal active test of secondary metabolites of 93 strains were tested by spore germination inhibition assay and mycelium growth inhibition assay to six banana pathogenic fungi which included Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,Colletotrichum musae,Deightoniella torulosa,Cordana musae,Curvularia senegalensis,Pyricularia angulata.The results of spore germination inhibition assay showed that the percentage of having antifungal active strains accounted for 18.28 %,25.81%,17.20 %,21.51%,18.28 %,23.66 % of the 93 strains,respectively.The results of mycelium growth inhibition assay showed that the percentage of having antifungal active strains accounted for 11.83 %,15.05 %,11.83 %,13.98 %,9.68%,13.98 % of the 93 strains,respectively.By mycelium growth rate screening,three high activity strains were obtained which were BEP006 、BEP-058 、BEP-073,and the average control effects of the three strains to F.oxysporum were respectively 72.06 %,64.16 %,59.33% in greenhouse.So the three strains has further development potential.
