Effects of co-compatibilizers maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-propylene co-polymer （EPM-g-MAH） and nitrile rubber and glycidyl methacrylate co-polymer（NBR-GMA）on the physical- mechanical properties and morphology of NBR/EPDM blends were investigated. The results showed that the gel content of NBR/EPDM blends were increased after adding both compatibilizersEP M-g-MAH and NBR-GMA. The morphology structure and mechanical properties of the blends were signif- icantly improved with the increase of the compatibilizers content, and the mechanical properties were increased, and the heat both compatibilizers enh resistance was anced compatib etter than the oil resistance between NBR and EPDM. The DMA curves showed that NBR/EPDM blends possessed better comprehensive properties as well as lower cost when EPM-g-MAH/NBR-GMA content was 20/ 20 phr.
