椭圆翅片管空冷器流动传热特性的研究 预览 被引量:43

A Study of the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Air cooled Heat Exchangers Consisting of Elliptical Finned Tubes

摘要 用稳态的恒壁温法对3个椭圆翅片管空冷器和1个圆翅片管空冷器的传热和阻力特性进行了研究,得到空冷器空气侧的传热与阻力性能,在相同的迎风面流速下,椭圆翅片管比圆翅片管空气侧换热系数约大3-7倍;在相同的换热系数下,椭圆翅片管比圆翅片管的压降低。 With the help of a steady state constant wall temperature method a study was conducted of the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of two air cooled heat exchangers made respectively of three elliptical finned tubes and one circular finned tube. It has been found that under an identical stoss side flow speed the heat transfer factor of the elliptical finned tubes is approximately 3 7 times that of the circular finned tube. Moreover, under the same heat transfer factor the elliptical finned tubes feature a lower pressure drop than that of the circular finned one.
