富勒烯乙二胺硝酸盐的制备与表征 预览

Synthesis and Characterization of Fullerene-ethylenediamine Nitrate

摘要 采用富勒烯、乙二胺和稀硝酸的反应合成了一种新的含能燃速催化剂——富勒烯乙二胺硝酸盐,并用紫外-可见光谱(UVVis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、元素分析和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进行了表征。用差热分析(DTA)和热重分析(TG)研究了其热分解特性,用热重红外联用(TG-IR)技术追踪其热分解过程。结果表明,富勒烯乙二胺硝酸盐的分子式为(H16C60(H2NCH2CH2NH2·HNO)16),其热分解过程可分为两个阶段:第一阶段是100~250℃温度范围内失重40.8%,硝酸根剧烈分解和部分支链分解,释放出H2O、CO2、CO、N2O和NO2;第二阶段是250~580℃温度范围内失重59.2%,碳笼上残留支链的分解和碳笼分解,释放出CO2,显示富勒烯乙二胺硝酸盐热稳定性良好。 A new energetic burning rate catalyst,fullerene ethylenediamine nitrate,w as synthesized using fullerene,ethylenediamine and dilute nitric acid as raw materials. T he structure w as characterized by U V-Vis,FT-IR,elemental analysis and XPS. T he thermal decomposition characteristics w ere investigated by thermogravimetric analysis( T G) and differential thermal analysis( DT A),and the thermal decomposition process w as traced through T G-FT IR technique. R esults show that the molecular formula of fullerene ethylenediamine nitrate is H16C60( H2N C H2C H2N H2·HNO3)16. T he degradation of fullerene ethylenediamine nitrate is tw o-stages process : the first-stage w ith 40. 8%w eight loss occurred in the temperature range 100 ~ 250 ℃,intense decomposing of N O-3,part of the branched chain decomposing,and releasing H2O,C O2,CO,N2O and N O2. T he second-stage w ith 59. 2% w eight loss occurrs in the temperature range 250 ~ 580 ℃,decomposing of residual branched chain on carbon cage,carbon cage decomposiing and releasing C O2,revealing that the fullerene ethylenediamine nitrate has good thermal stability.
