Study on Physiological Characteristics of Different Tobacco Varieties

摘要 为给新育烟草品种在贵州省推广种植提供参考,以贵州省烟草主栽品种云烟87和新育烟草品种贵烟201、遵烟6号、毕纳1号、韭菜坪2号、南江3号为材料,在不同时期对不同烟草品种部分生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:不同烟草品种根和叶的硝酸还原酶(NR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶在不同生育期的变化表现基本一致。开花前期各生理指标的活性最高且品种间差异显著,是判断品种差异的最佳时期。 In order to provide a reference for popularizing new tobacco varieties in Guizhou,with tobacco varieties Yunyan 87,Guiyan 201,Zunyan 6,Bina 1,Jiucaiping 2,Nanjiang 3 as material,the cyclical changes in the selected physiological indices of different tobacco varieties were studied. The results show that the nitrate reductase,β-1,3- glucanase,chitinase,superoxide dismutase activities of different tobacco varieties had similar change trends. Early phase of flowering was the best period for judging varietal differences,meanwhile physiological activities were higher than other times and tobacco varieties had significant difference..
