通过随机区组试验,研究了施用枯草芽胞杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）BLG01与覆盖对香蕉长势、枯萎病病情指数、枯萎病病原菌（Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,FOC）与可培养细菌数量的影响.结果表明,与对照比较,在香蕉移栽100 d时,不同覆盖模式下,施用BLG01能促进香蕉生长和提高枯萎病防治作用,其中以玉米覆盖与共同施用BLG01防治作用最显著,香蕉株高、茎围、地上部、地下部鲜重和防效显著提高,病情指数下降了43.07％～60.56％,根际FOC的logCFU降低了72.15％～131.18％,可培养细菌数量的logCFU增加了31.21％～35.02％;相关性分析表明,FOC与细菌数量呈显著负相关关系,与病情指数呈极显著正相关关系.施用枯草芽胞杆菌结合覆盖可促进香蕉生长,降低枯萎病病原菌数量,提高根际可培养细菌数量,增加对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果.
A randomized block experiment was conducted in micro-plots to test the effects of application Bacillus subtilis BLG01 and different mulching system on the growth of banana plants, disease severity index（DSI） of Fusarium wilt, survival ability of FOC and cultivable bacteria population in rhizosphere of banana. The results showed that after 100 d of transplanting, the growth of banana and control efficiency to Fusarium wilt increased with increase of BLG01 application in different mulching systems compared to control treatment, the combination of BLG01 with mulching in corn showed the best efficiency resistance to Fusarium wilt of banana, increased the plant height, stem thickness, leaf width, fresh weight of aerial and underground part. DSI decreased by 43.07%-60.56%, the number of FOC decreased significantly by 72.15%- 131.18% ,while the number of culturable bacteria in rhizosphere increased significantly by 31.21%-35.02%, respectively. The correlation analysis showed that the number of FOC was negatively correlated with the number of cuhurable bacteria, while the number of FOC was positively correlated with DSI. Using BLG01 with mulching can promote the growth of banana effectively,decrease the number of FOC and improve cultivable bacteria population at rhizosphere on banana, and increase the control effect on Fusarium wilt of banana, and it shows wide application prospect.
