一种基于插值故障点法的电压凹陷域分析算法 预览 被引量:2

摘要 电力系统中发生短路故障时,使相关敏感性负荷不能正常工作的故障点所在区域,即为电压凹陷域。电压凹陷域不仅可以作为电网设计和工厂内配电系统设计的依据之一,而且可以作为在故障备件下敏感设备是否发生暂降事件的判断条件和用户选厂择址的依据,电压凹陷域的分析成为电力系统中不可缺少的一部分。提出了一种基于插值故障点法的电压凹陷域分析算法,该算法首先通过安全生产管理信息系统和设备管理系统获取电网静态数据,然后通过SCADA系统获取动态数据,综合两者数据形成满足电压凹陷域计算所需要的电网实时拓扑数据文件,最后利用基于插值的故障点法进行电压凹陷域的解析,并在电力系统拓扑上图示化电压凹陷域的分析结果。 Voltage sags are the fault areas where sensitive loads can't work properly when short circuit fault occurs in the power system. Voltage sag field can not only be used as one of the bases for designs of power distribution system and distribution system of factories, but also be used as judging conditions whether sag events will happen to the sensitive equipments and the basis for power users to choose factory address. Thus analysis of voltage sags has been a necessary part of power system. This paper presents an algorithm to determine vulnerable areas of voltage sag based on interpolated fault positions method. Firstly this method gets the static data of power grid through management information system and equipment management system. Secondly obtains dynamic data through SCADA, and then integrates them to form real-time topology data file to satisfy the requirements of analysis. At last analyzes the voltage sags based on interpolated fault positions method. This paper also graphically displays the result of voltage sags on topological graph of power system.
