300MW汽轮机光轴供热改造及启动运行方式的研究

摘要 介绍了300MW机组光轴改造的重要项目以及主辅机启动运行方式的变化。主机改造主要是更换掉中低压缸联络管上原有的关断蝶阀,使低压缸不进汽。主蒸汽由高压主汽门、高压调节汽门进入高中压缸做功,中压排汽通过新增的管路全部进入新增的热网加热器供热。同时详述了改造后机组安全可靠的启动运行方式以及相关的注意事项。介绍了机组通过此改造所能实现的预期经济效益,并对机组的改造及改造后运行的进一步优化提出了建议和意见。 The plain shaft transformation of important items of 300 MW unit and main auxiliaries of the change of operation mode is introduced. Host transformation mainly is the low pressure cylinder contact pipe to replace the original turn off butterfly, keep low pressure cylinder from admission. Lord is composed of high pressure main steam valve, high pressure regulating valve into the work of high pressure cylinder, medium pressure steam discharge line all through the new heater heating the new network. Give details of the unit at the same time start the operation mode of the safe and reliable and relevant considerations. Unit are introduced by this transformation can achieve the desired effect, and after the renovation and transformation of the unit operation of further optimization proposals and suggestions are put forward.
