胰腺炎-癌转化研究进展

摘要 胰腺炎是胰腺癌发生的重要危险因素之一,一些炎症相关的转录因子和通路已经被确认涉及了肿瘤的形成;但胰腺炎-癌转化的分子机制仍未完全明确,这也很大程度上限制了抗肿瘤药物的发展。因此,更好地理解胰腺炎-癌转化非常重要。文章就胰腺炎-癌转化的主要生物学特征、重要信号通路和临床干预策略进行综述。 Pancreatitis is one of the important risk factors in the occurrence of pancreatic neoplasms. Several inflammation-related transcription factors and pathways have been confirmed to be involved in the carcinogenesis, but molecular mechanisms of pancreatitis-cancer transformation are still unclear, which largely limits the further development of potential anti-tumor drugs. Thus, it is important to figure out the underlying molecular mechanisms of pancreatitis-cancer transformation. This paper reviews the main biological characteristics, relevant important signaling pathways, clinical intervention strategies of pancreatitis-cancer transformation.
