一种在役管道弯头走向参数测量计算方法

A method for measuring and calculating the elbow direction parameters of in-service pipelines

摘要 管道完整性管理是确保管道安全运行的重要手段,管道弯头走向参数是实现管道完整性管理必不可少的基础数据,在管道智能检测过程中获取管道弯头走向参数信息已成为管道业主的迫切需求。提出了一种管道弯头走向参数测量计算方法,以MEMS陀螺仪与加速度传感器为主要惯性测量器件,并将其集成于管道智能检测器电子包,在进行管道智能检测的同时获取惯性测量数据,针对惯性测量数据建立了数学模型,同时给出计算方法。将方法应用于实际管道智能检测工程,在不增加检测成本的前提下,实现了对管道弯头曲率半径、弯头偏转角度及弯头偏转方向3个参数的测量,满足了管道完整性管理需求。 Pipeline integrity management is an important approach to ensure the safe operation of pipelines. The parameters of the pipeline elbow direction are the indispensable basic data to realize pipeline integrity management. It is in urgent need for the pipeline owners to get the information about the direction parameters of the pipeline elbows in the process of intelligent pipeline detection. In this paper, a method for measuring and calculating the pipeline elbow direction parameters was proposed. The MEMS gyroscope and the acceleration sensor are used as the main inertial measurement devices and they are integrated in the electronic package of intelligent pipeline detector, so that the inertial measurement data can be obtained while intelligent pipeline detection is carried out. Then, the mathematical model was established based on the inertial measurement data, and the computing method was also developed. Finally, this method was applied actually to the intelligent pipeline detection engineering. It is indicated that three parameters of pipeline elbow(i.e., curvature radius, deflection angle and deflection direction) can be measured while the detection cost is not increased, and it satisfies the demand of pipeline integrity management.
