辛基羟肟酸对金红石的浮选行为

Flotation Behavior of Octyl Hydroxamic Acid on Rutile

摘要 通过微浮选试验、ζ电位测试、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试,研究了辛基羟肟酸对金红石在硝酸铅活化前后的浮选行为。未经硝酸铅活化的金红石很难被辛基羟肟酸浮选,在pH=6.5、硝酸铅浓度为5×10^-5 mol/L、辛基羟肟酸浓度为5×10^-5 mol/L时,金红石的回收率达83%,表明辛基羟肟酸是金红石在硝酸铅活化后的高效捕收剂。ζ电位测试结果表明,铅离子可以在金红石表面吸附,使矿物的ζ电位正移,可以促进辛基羟肟酸在金红石表面的吸附。此外,XPS测试结果表明,吸附的铅离子在金红石表面生成了PbOH+,辛基羟肟酸通过金红石表面的铅作用而吸附在矿物表面。 The flotation behavior of octyl hydroxamic acid on rutile before and after activation with lead nitrate were investigated through micro-flotation,zeta potential measurement and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Rutile was hardly floated by octyl hydroxamic acid without lead nitrate activation.When the PH was 6.5,and both concentrations of lead nitrate and octyl hydroxamic acid were 5×10^-5 mol/L,the recovery rate of rutile reached 83%.It was showed that octyl hydroxamic acid was the high-efficiency collector for rutile after lead nitrate activation.The zeta potential measurement results showed that the adsorption of lead ions on rutile surface could shift the zeta potential of mineral into positive direction,which was favored to promote the adsorption of octyl hydroxamic acid on the rutile surface.In addition,the results of XPS test indicated that PbOH+was formed on rutile surface after the adsorption of lead ions.Octyl hydroxamic acid was adsorbed on the mineral surface by the interaction with the lead on rutile surface.
