基于霍尔传感器的电流监测及过流保护设计 被引量:1

A Current Monitoring and Overcurrent Protection Design Based on the Hall Sensor

摘要 根据机载电子设备健康监测和视情维修的要求,发射装置内场测试仪需增加对被测产品进行精确电流监测的功能;同时,为避免测试期间因过流而导致的产品或测试设备损坏,亟需实现对被测产品的动态过流保护。基于此需求,设计了一种基于霍尔传感器的实现方案。硬件方面,电路由敏感器件、电流监测调理电路和过流保护控制电路组成,一方面将工作电流转化为对应的指示电压并调理输出;另一方面根据设置的动态电流阈值实现过流保护。软件方面,在测试仪原有的三层软件框架基础上,增加了电流阈值设定、电流指示、超限报警等模块,实现了电路控制、状态显示和数据存储等功能。通过该设计,测试仪的智能化程度得到有效提升,满足了健康监测的需求,并有效降低了发射装置研制过程中因过流损坏而造成的财产损失和进度风险。 According to the health monitoring and on-condition maintenance requirement of avionic electronic equipment,the launcher depot tester needs to increase a function to monitor the working current of the tested launcher accurately.Meanwhile,it’ s necessary to realize a dynamic overcurrent protection to avoid damage of launcher or tester caused by overcurrent.Therefore,a scheme is designed based on the Hall sensor.The hardware circuit system consists of sensors,the current monitoring & conditioning circuit,and the overcurrent protection circuit.The circuit transfers the working current to an indicating voltage and outputs it.On the other hand,the circuit realizes overcurrent protection according to dynamic threshold current.The software adds the threshold current setting module,the current indicating module and the overcurrent alarm module to the three-layer software framework so as to realize the circuit control,state display,and data saving.Through this design,the tester becomes more intelligent and meets the requirement of health monitoring.Moreover,property loss and schedule risk during the launcher R&D are reduced efficiently.
