轻型木结构墙体组成材料导热系数研究 预览

摘要 利用JW-Ⅲ型热流计式导热仪检测轻型木结构墙体组成材料的导热系数,对单元组成材料的导热系数及其对墙体保温性的影响进行了研究,同时将轻型木结构墙体和其他墙体保温性进行了对比研究.结果 表明:木结构墙骨规格尺寸决定了夹芯保温棉的填充厚度,木墙骨规格越大,夹心保温棉填充厚度越厚,墙体传热系数越小,其保温性越好;轻型木结构墙体的传热系数小于砖混结构和钢筋混凝土结构墙体的传热系数;相同厚度的不同材质墙体,轻型木结构墙体保温性能好,且达到相同保温性能,轻型木结构墙体所需厚度较小. The thermal conductivity of compositions of light wood structure wall was measured and the influence of thermal conductivity and properties of unit compositions effect on wall thermal insulation was studied. At the same time, the thermal insulation of light wood structure walls and other walls were compared. The results showed that the filling thickness of the sandwich insulation cotton was determined by the size of the wood wall. The wall with bigger size, thicker filling thickness of the sandwich insulation cotton and smaller heat transfer coefficient had better insulation performance. The heat preservation performance of light wood structure wall was better than that of brick-concrete structure wall and reinforced concrete wall with the same thickness of different materials. The heat preservation performance of light wood structure wall was better and can achieve the same heat preservation performance, and the thickness of light wood structure wall was thinner.
