SYNTHESIS OF SALICYLALDEHYDE BY METHOD OF PHASE TRANSFER CATALYSIS

摘要 以叔胺作催化剂将相转移催化方法应用于Reimer-Tiemann反应合成水扬醛,能将产率由20%~35%提高到62%,而且反应条件温和,操作方便,催化剂又易得,为水扬醛工业生产提供了新的技术基础。 The salicylaldehyde had been synthesized in good yield bytrimethylamine as PTC catalyst. The yield of salicylaldehyde is improveddistinctly and the operation is simpler than the one of classical method ofReimer-Tiemann reaction. Optimum conditions: trimethylamine as catalyst(0.37), basic concentration 35%, reaction temperature 55~60℃, reac-tion time 1.5h , phenol:chloroform(mol) is 1:4.03.
