福建柏种源生长性状遗传变异及种源选择 预览 被引量:20

Genetic variation and selection for growth in the provenances of Fokienia hodginsii

摘要 为充实福建柏育种材料,为试验区福建柏良种利用提供参考,对11个参试种源的种源试验林的生长性状进行调查分析,研究了福建柏种源生长性状的遗传变异规律.结果表明:16年生时,试验林保存率为71.59%,生长优良,平均树高、平均胸径和平均单株立木材积分别为9.32 m、14.78 cm和0.080 8 m3.种源间生长存在丰富的遗传变异,这种变异在种源水平上受到中等程度的遗传控制,在单株水平上受到弱至中度的遗传控制.在遗传变异分析的基础上,选择出“福建仙游”、“湖南道县”、“福建龙岩”3个速生种源,其16年生时平均树高、平均胸径和平均单株立木材积分别为9.79 m、15.60 cm和0.093 5 m3,平均遗传增益分别为2.41%、2.73%和8.51%;选择出优良单株7株,平均树高、平均胸径和平均单株立木材积分别为11.51 m、20.72 cm和0.173 5 m3,遗传增益分别为5.08%、8.76%和27.05%. In order to enrich the Fokienia hodginsii breeding materials and establish the basis of utilization of improved varieties in the experimental zone,the growth traits such as tree height,diameter at breast height (DBH) and volume were examined in an 11-provenance test,researching the genetic variation rule of growth in the provenances of Fokienia hodginsii.The results showed that the preservation rate,average tree height,average DBH and average volume of the stand was 71.59%,9.32 m,14.78 cm and 0.080 8 m3 respectively at the age of 16 years.Significant variation observed among provenances in growth was moderately controlled by genetic factor at provenance level,but it was slight at individual level.According to the genetic variation analysis,"Fujian Xianyou","Hunan Daoxian" and "Fujian Longyan" provenance were identified as superior provenances.At the age of 16 years,the average tree height,average DBH and average volume of provenances selected were 9.79 m,15.60 cm and 0.093 5 m3 respectively,capturing 2.41%,2.73% and 8.51% of provenance gentic gain of these traits.In addition,7 trees were identified as superior individuals.At the age of 16 years,the average tree height,average DBH and average volume of trees selected were 11.51 m,20.72 cm and 0.173 5 m3 respectively,capturing 5.08%,8.76% and 27.05% of individual gentic gain of measured traits.
