热轧TRIP钢在不同热机械控制工艺参数下的力学性能变化 被引量:1

Mechanical Properties Change of Hot Rolling TRIP Steel under Different Thermo-mechanical Control Process Parameters

摘要 以TRIP钢作为研究对象,进行热机械控制工艺(TMCP)试验,研究不同终轧变形量和终轧温度下,TRIP钢显微组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明,当终轧变形量为50%,终轧温度为700℃时,TRIP钢的力学性能达到最好的状态。 Taking TRIP steel as research object, the thermo-mechanical control process experiment was conducted, the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP steel under different final rolling deformation and final rolling temperature were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of TRIP steel achieved best state when final deformation is 50% and final temperature is 700 ℃.
