爆燃动力装置内弹道多相流数值模拟 预览

Numerical simulation on interior ballistic multi-phase flow in detonation powerplant

摘要 为揭示爆燃动力装置内弹道特征量在空间和时间上的变化规律,在考虑主装药和辅助装药共同作用的基础上,应用内弹道多相流数值模拟和内弹道测试试验相结合的方法开展研究。在建立爆燃动力装置物理模型的前提下,构建了爆燃动力装置混合装药内弹道多相流守恒方程及其辅助方程;采用CE/SE差分方法,对爆燃动力装置内弹道多相流数学模型进行求解,获得了爆燃动力装置起爆过程中内弹道特征量随时间的变化规律及其典型时刻的空间分布规律。开展的爆燃动力装置内弹道测试试验表明,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合,验证了爆燃动力装置内弹道多相流数学模型的合理性和CE/SE差分解法的有效性。 The detonation powerplant is a key device in the aviation lifesaving system of a new domestic flight test airliner. In order to reveal the change rule of the interior ballistic characteristics of the detonation powerplant, the interior ballistic multi-phase flow numerical simulation and corresponding tests were carried out in consideration of the combined action of the main charge and the auxiliary charge. Based on the physical model of the detonation powerplant, the conservation equation and the auxiliary equation of the interior ballistic multi-phase flow were es-tablished. The mathematical model of the interior ballistic multi-phase flow in detonation powerplant was solved with the CE/SE method, and the interior ballistic factors change trends with time and the spatial distribution at typ-ical moment were obtained. Through interior ballistic tests of the detonation powerplant, it is proved that the numer-ical simulation results agree well with the test results. It is certified that the mathematical model of the interior bal-listic multi-phase flow is reasonable and that the CE/SE solution is rational.
