蔬菜贮运中微生物腐败及其防治 预览

摘要 蔬菜腐败微生物是引起采后蔬菜损失的一个重要因素,它存在与从种子、种植、采前、采后及贮运等各个环节,据估计每年因微生物腐败而造成的蔬菜损失在20%以上。本文简述了蔬菜腐败微生物的种类、腐败机制及预防措施,对于减少蔬菜贮运过程中的损失具有非常重要的意义。 It is a important factor of causing postharvest vegetable loss due to microbiological spoilage , Spoilage microorganisms can be introduced in the crop on the seed itself,during crop growth in the fild, during harvesting and postharvest handing, or during storage and distribution. It is also estimated that about 20%of vegetables produced is lost each year due to spoilage.This paper will address spoilage microorganisms , spoilage mechanisms, prevention and control measures associated with vegetable spoilage and it is very important significance for reducing the loss of the vegetable during storage.
