The center for faculty＇s instructional development as the emerging for internal organizations have been developed into the specialized institutions committed to improving teachers＇ teaching ability. By designing a questionnaire of 54 centers for facuhy＇s instructional development, we find that academic, independence, professionalism and charisma are obviously inadequate, embodied in the center of nature has not been fully show, organizational system is not yet complete, function is not yet fully, wide coverage is still not enough, and so on. To promote centers for facuhy＇s instructional development take to the track of benign operation as soon as possible, we need to seek the breakthrough for the above problems, to enhance academic, to strive for independence in the center of the organizational system, the innovation content and way, strengthen cooperation and exchanges.
