An Improved Control Method of Brushless DC Motor

摘要 利用速度无关磁链函数法原理,提出一种可以忽略定子电感的无位置传感器改进算法。通过实时检测无刷直流电机三相端电压和母线电流大小,并利用定子电阻进行实时计算,获得无刷直流电机换相时刻,从而实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制。该方法实现简单、控制方便,能够准确检测出无刷直流电机转子位置信号。通过对短时脉冲法进行研究,提出一种改进的起动算法。试验结果验证了上述方法的可行性和有效性,达到了预期效果。 According to the sensing theory of speed-independent flux linkage function,an improved scheme was proposed for BLDCM sensorless control without the stator inductance. The commutation instants of BLDCM were obtained from the calculation in real time by measuring three phase terminal voltages and DC link current and utilizing the stator resistance. Based on this scheme,it was easy to realize sensorless control. The proposed method was simple to realize and convenient to control,and it could accurately detect the rotor position signal. An improved start scheme was proposed by researching on the short voltage pulse detection method. The methods metioned aboved were tested through experiments and the anticipated results are achieved.
