TiNi合金/不锈钢异种材料微激光焊缝组织性能 预览

Study on the TiNi alloy/stainless steel micro laser weld dissimilar materials organization performance

摘要 采用纯Ni丝作为填充材料,以低功率脉冲激光作为热源实现了厚0.2 mm的超薄片状TiNi形状记忆合金/不锈钢异种材料的良好连接,通过正交试验以获得最大接头抗拉强度为目标对工艺参数进行了优化,研究脉冲功率百分比、脉冲宽度等工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,并对接头做了拉伸试验。结果表明:当脉冲功率百分比为15%、脉冲宽度4 ms、脉冲频率6 Hz时,接头能够获得570 MPa的最大抗拉强度,达到TiNi形状记忆合金母材强度的70%,不锈钢母材的90%;脉冲功率百分比主要影响焊缝熔深,脉冲宽度主要影响焊缝熔宽;焊缝区组织、强度分布不均匀,在TiNi合金侧发生断裂。 Used pure Ni silk as the filling materials ,with low power pulse laser as a heat source to achieve the thickness of 0.2 mm thin sheets of TiNi shape memory alloy/stainless steel dissimilar material, process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment to get the maximum tensile strength of the joint goal, studied the effects of pulsed power percentage, pulse width of process parameters on the weld,and the joint tensile tests was done.The result shows that when the pulse power percentage is 15% ,pulse width for 4 ms, pulse frequency for 6 Hz,TiNi shape memory alloy/stainless steel welding joint can obtain the biggest tensile strength ,for 570 MPa, reach 70% TiNi shape memory alloy base material strength,90% stainless steel base material;pulse power percentage mainly affect weld depth of molten pool,pulse width mainly affect the weld width;uneven distribution of weld zone group,strength,fracture occurs in the TiNi alloy side.
