影响番鸭羽色性状的候选基因研究现状 被引量:2

Research Status of Candidate Genes Affecting Feather Color in Muscovy Duck

摘要 番鸭羽色性状作为品种的特征备受育种者关注。了解番鸭羽色性状的遗传方式可以指导现场育种,而了解控制羽色性状的候选基因,可以为番鸭羽色性状的分子遗传学研究提供指导。番鸭羽色性状的分子遗传学研究结果又可以用于番鸭羽色的分子标记辅助选择。文章综述了可能与番鸭不同羽色性状相关的基因研究现状,可为番鸭羽色研究提供指导。 As one characteristic for breed, the plumage color of Muscovy duck was highly concerned by breeders. Understanding the inheritance of plumage color can help us guide the breeding. Meanwhile, identifying the candidate genes that control plumage color is advantageous for molecular genetic research on feather traits,which could be used for molecular marker assisted selection (MAS) in Muscovy duck. This paper reviewed the research status of genes related to plumage color in Muscovy duck,and it could provide some guidance for further research on plumage color of Muscovy duck.
