氟虫腈和阿维菌素对小菜蛾及其寄生蜂半闭弯尾姬蜂的毒力分析 预览

摘要 目的:探究氟虫腈和阿维菌素对小菜蛾及其寄生蜂半闭弯尾姬蜂的毒性对比。方法:选用3龄的小菜蛾幼虫和实验用半闭弯尾姬蜂为研究对象,并对对小菜蛾幼虫和寄生蜂进行毒力测定工作。同时进行田间试验。结果:氟虫腈和阿维菌素对于小菜蛾LC50分别为1.106mg/L和1.608mg/L;对于寄生蜂半闭弯尾姬蜂的LC50分别为2285mg/和6038mg/L,田间实验中,两种药物对寄生蜂半闭弯尾姬灭亡率为95.74%与94.25%结论:虽说氟虫腈和阿维菌对于小菜蛾幼虫有着良好的预防效果,但对与其天敌也有着一定的杀伤作用,因此,在天敌数量较多的季节中,应该尽量避免使用氟虫腈和阿维菌素,在根本上减少对于寄生蜂的影响。
