硅纳米材料复合神经生长因子的实验研究

摘要 目的:研究硅纳米材料复合神经生长因子的可行性. 方法:将神经生长因子( NGF)复合硅纳米材料. 在含有5%小牛血清和10%马的血清的RPMI-1640溶液中培养PC12细胞. 通过使用细胞浓度测定96水溶液的MTS试验确定由煅制氧化硅纳米材料诱导的PC12细胞的分化. 通过卡玛斯蓝染色显像以最终确定蛋白质( NGF)数量.结果:NGF可以有效的结合到介孔硅纳米材料上,药物有效结合率达到0.93%w/w(6.98%). NGF结合的硅纳米材料更有效的促进了PC12细胞的分化. 结论:该研究证明了硅纳米材料复合NGF后有效的促进了PC12细胞的分化.
