Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral computer tomography （CT）three-dimensional （3D） imaging in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of Choledochal cyst. Methods CT scan was used for 42 patients with bile duct cyst, the images from the CT scan were transmitted to the workstation for 3D CT reconstruction. Results 42 cases of choledochal cyst were accurately diagnosed through the spiral CT scan images and 3D reconstruction images. According to Todani classification, there were 16 cases of type I , 24 cases of type 11/-, and 2 cases of type V. CT showed different parts of the bile duct cystic dilatation, and its boundary was clear, edge was smooth. On enhanced scanning, the cyst wall was enhanced, the cystic content was not, the structure around the bile duct cyst was pushed in various degrees. 4 eases of bile duct cyst complicated with stones, 1 case complicated with infection, 14 cases complicated with cholecysti- tis, 5 cases complicated with gallbladder stones, 1 ease was associated With bile duct carcinoma, and 1 ease was associated with acute pancreatitis. Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT 3D imaging will be characteristic in imaging diagnosis of bile duet cyst, which is favorable to the disease diagnosis and classification, and it can guide the clinical treatment.
