Objective To observe the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets（ Deanxit） on the clinical symptoms of depression in patients with Parkinson disease. Methods 56 patients with Parkinson＇s disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Deanxit; the control group was treated by conventional methods. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（ HAMD） score and depressive symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 43%,which was higher than 64. 29% in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Deanxit can effectively improve depressive symptoms in patients with Parkinson＇s disease. The curative effect is remarkable,safe and reliable.
