摘要 为提高飞机机翼结构初步设计阶段有限元建模的质量和效率,提出了机翼结构有限元参数化建模方法。采用模板技术将机翼结构几何建模过程中的方法、规则和专家经验等知识进行封装,在CATIA建模平台上通过Visual Basic开发了知识驱动的机翼结构几何参数化建模系统。研究了CAD与CAE系统之间的数据传递手段,读取上游模型信息,完成了几何模型的重构。基于PATRAN二次开发语言PCL进行了有限元网格自动剖分,快速生成了有限元模型,并实现了CAD模型向CAE模型转换的无缝集成。 In order to improve the finite ele- ment modeling quality and efficiency of aircraft wing structure in the preliminary design stage, a method of fi- nite element parametric modeling of wing structure is put forward. Knowledge of design methods, rules and expert experience is encapsulated into a template. Knowledge- driven wing structure geometry modeling system is devel- oped by Visual Basic on CATIA modeling platform. Data transmission means between CAD and CAE systems is studied. The reconstruction of the geometric model is com- pleted after reading upstream geometry information. Based on the secondary development language of PATRAN, the finite element automatic meshing is carried out and a fi- nite element model is quickly generated, achieving model transformation seamless integration of CAD/CAE.
