煤制天然气甲烷化反应器过程模拟与结构优化 预览 被引量:3

摘要 利用ANSYS CFX软件对甲烷化固定床反应器进行了数值模拟,通过CEL语言编写源项的形式将甲烷化反应速率方程添加到模拟过程中,从而获得了反应器内部流场、温度场及组分浓度的分布.经与现场检测的出口温度和组分浓度的对比,证明了模拟结果的准确性.通过改变进气口方式和增加扰流装置获得了均匀的场分布,进而研究了产率与结构之间的关系. Methanation fixed bed reactor has been simulated by inserting methanation reaction rate equation into the simulation process with the form of compiling CEL source terms in ANSYS CFX software and the reactor internal flow field,temperature field and the concentration distributions of components also have been obtained.The accuracy of the simulation results has been proved comparing with the outlet permanents such as temperature and the concentration of the components detected on-the-spot.In addition,by changing the air inflow way at the intake and increasing turbulent equipments,the uniform distribution of flow has been achieved,and then the relationship between production rate and structure was studied.
