山西西龙池抽水蓄能电站下水库面板渗漏水下检查与封堵技术 预览

Underwater leakage inspection and plugging technology for the lower reservoir face of Xilongchi pumped storage power station

摘要 西龙池电站下水库自2008年开始蓄水后便发现存在渗漏量较大的问题。水库长期如此运行不仅会直接影响电站的综合效率及经济效益,更重要的是若渗漏问题长期不能解决会威胁大坝和人工库盆的安全。2012~2013年,利用墨汁示踪法对水库进行了水下检查和临时封堵,并锁定了主要渗漏源。2014年采用点、线结合的方式,对下水库进出水口区域及面板局部结构缝、裂缝进行了水下塑性处理,并对破损部位进行了水下修复,渗漏量显著减少,排除了电站下水库运行存在的安全隐患,取得了巨大的成功。 Large leakage was found at lower reservoir of Xilongchi power station since first storage in2008. Long term operation of the reservoir under this condition would directly affect the comprehensiveefficiency and economic benefits of the power station. More importantly, it would threaten the safety ofthe dam and the reservoir if the leakage problem couldn't be solved in a long time. Underwater leakageinspection based on ink tracer method and temporary plugging were done in 2012~2013, and mainsources of leakage were identified. In 2014, underwater plastic treatment was taken at structural jointsand cracks in inlet/outlet region and the face of lower reservoir. And underwater repairment was taken atdamaged area. After treatment, the leakage was significantly reduced, and the safety hazard of lower res-ervoir was eliminated.
