摘要
由于施工质量控制不严导致端承桩(嵌岩桩)承载力不满足设计要求的工程质量问题,提出了桩中心钻孔高压注浆加固桩端的简便可行方法,对桩端进入中风化岩石但桩端沉渣厚度大于5cm的桩直接进行钻孔高压注浆加固,对未进入中风化岩石的桩不仅采用钻孔高压注浆而且新增劲性微型桩加固。对桩端进入中风化岩石桩和未进入中风化岩石的桩提出了承栽力的不同计算方法。
Because of a poor construction quality control, the bearing capacity of an end-beating pile failed to meet the requirements of the designed beating capacity of the building. In order to solve the problem, a simple and convenient method is proposed in this paper, which is drilling a hole at the center of the pile and grouting with high pressure to strengthen the end-beating pile. For the piles that entered into the weathered rock and the sediments at the pile end was thicker than 5 cm, just borehole the pile and grunting to enforce the pile. For the piles that did not reach the weathered rock, besides boreholing and grunting the piles, the I-shaped steel micro piles should be added to reinforce the end-beating piles. For the two kinds of piles mentioned above, different methods for calculation the bearing capacity of the piles are developed.
