优质矮小型黄羽肉鸡饲料利用效率相关性状的遗传参数估计

Estimation of Genetic Parameters for Feed Efficiency Traits in Yellow-feather Dwarf Broilers

摘要 以优质矮小型黄羽肉鸡作为研究材料,结合采食量自动测定设备记录的采食量和体重数据,对30个家系的1 158个个体的饲料利用效率相关性状进行遗传力估计,并分析其与生长性状、部分屠体性状的相关关系。结果表明,44~83日龄剩余采食量的遗传力为0.35,44~83日龄饲料转化比的遗传力为0.22,两者呈显著的表型和遗传相关(rp=0.66,rg=0.75)。对两者进行选择会对生长性状和部分屠体性状带来不同程度的间接选择反应。饲料转化比与日均采食量的遗传相关为0.44,剩余采食量与日均采食量的遗传相关程度更高,为0.75。如果单纯从降低采食量的角度考虑,选择低剩余采食量比选择低料重比的效果可能会更好。 Totally 1 158 of yellow-feather dwarf broilers with high-grade meat performance and yellow feather from 30 families were used in the present study. The automatic feeding recording system was used as assistance to record feeding event. The feeding traits, growth traits, and carcass traits were measured and their inheritances were evaluated simultaneously. The results indicated that the heritability of residual feed intake (RFI) measuring from 44 to 83 days of age was 0.35 ,while the heritability of feed conversion rate (FCR)measuring in the same interval was 0.22.The phenotypic and genetic correlation coefficient was 0.66 and 0.75, respectively. Selection of RFI would give indirect impact on growth and carcass performance,so did in FCR selection. FCR had a positive genetic correlation with average daily feed intake (rg=0.44), however, the genetic correlation between average daily feed intake and RFI was stronger (rg=0.75). If the main objective of the breeding program is reducing feed intake and reducing metabolic energy assigned to maintenance process,RFI selection is better than FCR selection.
