一种应用于船舶轴带同步发电机变流器系统的新型PWM整流控制策略 被引量:3

A Novel PWM Rectifier Control Strategy Applied on Ship Shaft Synchronous Generator Converter System

摘要 为了降低大型船舶航行时的碳排量和燃油成本,缩短柴油发电系统的运行时间成为一种理想的解决方案,而采用轴带发电系统则能较好地实现这一目标。传统轴带同步发电机变流器系统无法充分利用发电机容量,发电机侧功率因数较低且电流谐波含量高,直流母线电压波动较大,导致逆变侧输出的交流电压幅值不稳定。该文采用一种新型的宽频无刷励磁同步发电机(broad-frequency brushless excite synchronous generator,BFBESG)与四象限变流器(fourquadrant converter,FQC)相结合的方式。在轴带发电机侧,提出基于复矢量PI控制器电流内环和基于瞬时功率平衡的电压平方外环的双闭环变频PWM整流控制策略。采用变频谐振锁相环对发电机端电压进行相位锁定。设计并研制了100 k W轴带同步发电机变流器试验样机。通过样机负载实验验证了所提控制策略的可行性与优越性。 In order to decrease the carbon emissions and reduce the fuel cost of large-scale marine, the ideal way is to minimize the operational time of diesel generation system, and ship shaft synchronous generator converter is the best solution. The traditional ship shaft synchronous generator converter can't make the full use of generator capacity, and has some deficiency of lower power factor, poor current THD, large fluctuations of DC link voltage, which leads to instability of invertor output voltage. This paper proposed a novel model combining the broad-frequency brushless excite synchronous generator (BFBESG) with the four-quadrant converter (FQC). On the generator side, a variable frequency PWM rectifier scheme had been proposed, including an inner current loop based on complex vector PI controller and an outer voltage loop based on balance of the instantaneous power. The resonant phase locked loop was adopted to lock the phase of generator terminal voltage. The 100kW experimental prototype of shaft synchronous generator converter had been developed. Through the prototype load experiment, the feasibility and superiority of the proposed control scheme are verified.
