基于表面能理论的沥青混凝土抗剥落剂最佳掺量研究 预览 被引量:4

Investigation of the Optimum Content of Anti-stripping Agents of Asphalt Concrete Based on the Theory of Surface Free Energy

摘要 为从微观与宏观两个角度相结合来研究沥青混凝土抗剥落剂的作用机理与最佳掺量,分别采用插板法和气体吸附法测试集料及掺有不同剂量抗剥落剂(非胺类AMRII型)的沥青的表面能参数,基于表面能理论分析沥青与集料粘附功和剥落功随抗剥落剂掺量的变化规律;并从宏观沥青混合料水稳定性和高温稳定性试验的角度,分析由掺有不同剂量抗剥落剂的沥青制备的沥青混合料的粘附性能随抗剥落剂掺量的变化规律.试验结果表明:随抗剥落剂掺量的变化,沥青与集料粘附功和剥落功的变化规律与沥青混合料水稳定性和高温稳定性变化规律具有很好的相关性,共同确定抗剥落剂(非胺类AMRII型)的最佳掺量为0.4%. Anti-stripping agents of asphalt concrete,the Gas Sorption method and the Wilhelmy Plate method are employed to measure the surface energy parameters of aggregates and asphalt binders that are obtained by modifying the 70# base binder with a certain content of anti-stripping agents,respectively.The relationship of the adhesion work and stripping work between the aggregates and binders are then analyzed in accordance with the surface energy measurements based on the surface free energy theory.Asphalt mixture specimens are fabricated using each type of modified binder mixed with the same gradation of aggregates so as to evaluate the effect of the content of anti-stripping agents on the water stability and high-temperature stability of asphalt mixtures through pavement performance tests.From a comprehensive perspective of microscopic theory and macroscopic tests,conclusions can be drawn that:the surface energy measurements agree well with the results of pavement performance tests in terms of the effect of anti-stripping agents content on the pavements performance;the optimum content of the selected anti-stripping agents in this study is determined as 0.4%.
