An analysis method for continuous determination of Lead、Arsenic and Chromium in Health Wine was developed based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry（ICP-MS）. After exposition and microwave digestion using HNO3, the wine samples were determined by ICP-MS. In order to correct the matrix effect and instrument drift effectively, Rh solution was selected as internal standard solution during analysis process. The method detection limit was less than 0.5 μg/L and the recovery was between 91.9 %~109.5 %. The relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 3.6 % and the determination results were satisfied.
