摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定保健酒中铅、砷、铬的测定方法。酒样经敞开处理和加HNO3微波消解后,采用ICP-MS上机测定,仪器分析过程选用Rh做内标溶液,有效地校正响应信号的变化包括基体效应和仪器的漂移。方法检出限低于0.5μg·L-1,标准加入回收率为91.9%-109.5%,相对标准偏差≤3.6%,结果均令人满意。 An analysis method for continuous determination of Lead、Arsenic and Chromium in Health Wine was developed based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS). After exposition and microwave digestion using HNO3, the wine samples were determined by ICP-MS. In order to correct the matrix effect and instrument drift effectively, Rh solution was selected as internal standard solution during analysis process. The method detection limit was less than 0.5 μg/L and the recovery was between 91.9 %~109.5 %. The relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 3.6 % and the determination results were satisfied.
