The Heat Dissipation Study of HL-2M RMP Coils Power Supply High Speed Motor Stator

摘要 基于12000r/min的HL-2M RMP线圈飞轮电机的定子设计进行了散热研究,以使得HL-2M RMP线圈供电电机定子的单根绕线电流达到300A不会被烧坏,利用公式推导和有限元分析相结合的方法,优化了电机定子的散热设计。 Basing on the design of the 12000r/min speed of HL-2M RMP coils power supply flywheel motor, the motor stator heat dissipation has been studied, in order to let the current of the motor stator coil reach 300 A without burning to be broken, taking use of formula derivation and the finite element analysis methods, the stator heat dissipation design has been optimized.
