Development Status and Impacts of Health Information Technology in USA

摘要 健康信息技术能够为患者治疗和护理提供所需的临床信息,有助于提高医疗卫生系统的效率,并减少医疗误诊率。本文依据美国卫生信息与管理系统协会在2013年开展的调查,对健康信息技术在促进健康信息沟通方面的影响进行了评价。结果表明,现有的健康信息技术工具能够支持各种临床治疗过程,并能为治疗和护理准备提供更多相关信息,包括改进临床医生获得转院患者病况信息,最终增强患者治理和护理的水平。 Health information technology can provide the needed clinical information for patients about treatment and nursing,it is helpful to improve the efficiency of health care system and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.This paper based on the survey of the American health information and management systems association in 2013,the impact of health information technology on promoting the communication of health information was evaluated.The existing health information technology tools can support a variety of clinical treatment process and can provide more relevant information for treatment and nursing preparation,including the improvement of the patient's condition for clinicians information referral and ultimately enhance the level of patient's care and management.
