Construction Technology of Main Building's Steel Roof of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport Terminal T2

摘要 郑州新郑国际机场T2航站楼主楼由屋盖网架与8组四叉锥管柱组成,投影面积约7.9万m^2。结合工程特点分析了工程重难点,开展了屋盖网架多单元分块施工、提升点布置与吊点形式、超重铸钢节点和四叉斜锥管柱安装、屋盖网架合龙与卸载以及三角格构提升支撑架设计等几个方面研究。工程实践表明该施工技术有效保证了工程施工质量和施工进度。 Main building 's steel roof of Zhengzhou Xingzheng International Airport terminal T2 is composed of steel grid structure and eight group 4-prong taper pipe columns,the projection area of which is about seventy-nine thousand square meters. In this paper, the structure characteristics of the engineering and construction technical difficulties are analyzed. Steel grid structure multi-zone construction,upgrade points layout and lifting point form,overweight cast steel connection and 4-prong taper pipe installation,steel grid'closure and support frame's unloading,and triangle lattice column's design are studied. Engineering practice shows that the construction technology effectively guarantees the construction quality and construction schedule.
