大孔树脂纯化三角梅红色素工艺 被引量:1

Study on Purification Process of the Red Pigment from Bougainvillea by Macroporous Resin

摘要 以三角梅苞叶为原料,研究HPD-300,AB-8,HPD-100A,HPD-700,HPD-100和D101六种大孔树脂对红色素的纯化作用,筛选D101大孔树脂作为吸附剂对色素进行静态和动态吸附试验,并运用SPSS 19.0对结果进行数据分析。结果表明,最佳静态吸附解吸工艺参数为质量浓度0.033 mg/m L,料液p H 2.0,时间3.0 h,洗脱剂50%乙醇;解吸剂p H 6.0,解吸时间2.5 h;最佳动态吸附解吸工艺参数为溶液p H 4;吸附流速4 m L/min,上样质量浓度0.024 mg/m L,最佳洗脱液位体积分数60%的乙醇;洗脱流速2 m L/min;解吸液为5.0 BV。 With Bougainvillea as raw materials,research six kinds of macroporous resin(HPD-300,AB-8,HPD-100 A,HPD-700,HPD-100 and D101) on red pigment purification effect,screen D101 macroporous resin as adsorbent to do static and dynamic adsorption experiments of pigment,and analyze the data of results by using SPSS 19.0 software.The results showed that the best of static adsorption and desorption process conditioned that the concentration was 0.033 mg/m L,the feed solution p H was 2.0,the time was 3.0 h,the eluent was 50% ethanol,the desorbent p H was 6.0,and the desorption time was 2.5 h;The best optimum dynamic adsorption and desorption process parameters that the solution p H was 4;The adsorption velocity was 4 m L/min,the sample concentration was 0.024 mg/m L,and the optimal concentration was 60% ethanol elution;The elution flow rate was 2 m L/min;The desorption solution was 5.0 BV.
