轧制方式对SUS430铁素体不锈钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of rolling schedules on microstructures and mechanical properties of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel

摘要 采用X射线衍射技术和光学显微分析等方法,研究了同步和异步冷轧方式对SUS430铁素体不锈钢微观组织、织构演变以及力学和成形性能的影响。结果表明,与同步冷轧相比,由于异步轧制剪切变形的引入,可使异步冷轧板材的平均晶粒尺寸减小。在同步冷轧过程中,其二次冷轧再结晶织构为完整的γ纤维织构,导致铁素体不锈钢的最终性能优于同步一次冷轧;而在异步冷轧过程中,异步一次冷轧再结晶织构为强点{111}〈1ˉ1ˉ2〉的γ纤维织构,异步二次冷轧再结晶织构属于随机取向织构,其结果是异步一次冷轧板材的性能优于异步二次冷轧。综合分析表明,与异步二次冷轧方式相比,同步二次冷轧方式有利于铁素体不锈钢性能的提高。 The effects of cold rolling schedules, synchronous and asynchronous cold rolling, on the microstructure, texture evolution, and mechanical property and formability of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel sheet were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and optical microscopy. The results showed that in asynchronous cold rolling, the average grain size of the sheet is finer than that of synchronous cold rolling due to the introduction of shear deformation. In synchronous cold rolling, a complete γ-fiber recrystallization texture could be obtained by annealing after two-step synchronous cold rolling, resulting in superior property as compared with that after one-step synchronous cold rolling. In asynchronous cold rolling, γ-fiber recrystallization texture with strong orientation of { 111 } 〈 11 2〉 could be obtained by annealing after one-step asynchronous cold rolling, while recrystallization texture with nearly random orientation is achieved by annealing after two-step asynchronous cold rolling. As a result, the property of the ferritic stainless steel after one-step asynchronous cold rolling is better than that with two-step asynchronous cold rolling. A comprehensive analysis further indicates that the two-step synchronous cold rolling is much more beneficial to the mechanical behavior and formability of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel compared with that with two-step asynchronous cold rolling.
