Z源LCL型光伏并网逆变器的综合控制策略 被引量:2

COMPREHENSIVE CONTROL STRATEGY OF LCL-BASED Z-SOURCE PHOTOVOLTAIC GRID-CONNECTED INVERTER

摘要 提出一种Z源LCL型光伏并网逆变器的综合控制策略。在对比直流链电压间接控制和直接控制的基础上,指出间接控制电容电压能获得比直接控制直流链电压更佳的暂态响应;用自适应模糊PI控制实现最大功率点跟踪和升压控制的解耦;对空间矢量脉冲宽度调制策略进行改进,降低开关损耗的同时最大程度地提高了Z源逆变器的升压能力;逆变器交流侧采用LCL型滤波器与电网连接,可提高入网电流的质量,采用一种基于单位延时的控制策略,可有效地抑制LCL滤波器的谐振,提出满足稳定性的LCL滤波器参数设计方法。仿真和实验结果验证综合控制策略的正确性和有效性。 A comprehensive control strategy of LCL-based Z-source photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is proposed. Based on the comparison of indirect and direct control of DC-link voltage, the paper points out that it is better to control the capacitor' s voltage indirectly than to control the DC-link voltage directly and thus better transient response achieved. Voltage boost control and maximum power point tracking (MPPT)are decoupled through adaptive PI control. The space vector pulse width modulation method is improved to reduce the switching loss and to increase the voltage boost capability of Z-source inverter maximumly. The AC-side of the inverter is connected to power grid through LCL filters to improve the quality of grid currents. A control strategy based on unit delay is used to suppress the resonance of LCL filters, and a parameters design method is proposed to make the control strategy satisfy the stability criteria. Simulation and experimental results verified the validitied and effectiveness of the comprehensive control strategy.
