摘要 以5%番茄红素粉为原料,研究了应用不同型号树脂对番茄红素进行分离纯化的效果。结果表明,不同型号树脂对番茄红素的分离纯化效果不同,其分离纯化效果顺序为X-5〉AB-8〉S-8〉离子交换树脂,最适静态吸附样液浓度为0.03 g/L、最适静态解吸时间为1 h、最适动态上样速度为2 BV/h、最适洗脱剂为乙酸乙酯。番茄红素经X-5吸附后,以乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂,可将番茄红素浓缩5.9倍,具有良好的富集纯化效果。 Taking 5% lycopene powder as raw material, the effects of different types of resin on the separation and purification of lycopene were studied. The results showed that the different types of resin had different effects on the separation and purification of lycopene, and the order of the separation and purification effect was X-5AB-8S-8Ion-exchange resin, and the best static sample solution concentration was 0.03 g / L. The optimal static resolution time was 1 h. The optimal dynamic sampling rate was 2 BV / h. The most suitable eluent was ethyl acetate. After lycopene was adsorbed by X-5, using ethyl acetate as eluent, the lycopene could be concentrated by 5.9 times. The results showed that the X-5 resin had good effect on the enrichment and purification of lycopene.
