多排螺旋CT三维重建在股骨颈骨折诊断中的应用 被引量:4

Application of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of femo-ral neck fracture

摘要 目的探讨螺旋cT三维重建在股骨颈骨折诊断中的应用。方法收集32例股骨颈骨折患者进行螺旋CT多平面重建(MRP)和容积重建(VR),并加以分型、总结。结果32例股骨颈骨折诊断及分型均经手术证实,符合率为100%。结论螺旋CT三维重建技术在股骨颈骨折诊断和分型上有优势,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application of helical CT in the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture. Methods Thirty-two cases of femoral neck fracture were performed spiral CT multi planar reconstruction(MRP) and volume reconstruction(VR). Results Thirty-two cases of femoral neck fracture diagnosis and classification were confirmed by surgery, the compliance rate was 100%. Conclusions Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis and classification of femoral neck fracture has advantages, and has important clinical application value.
