烟草青枯菌FQY4宿主特异性候选基因分析 预览 被引量:1

Analysis of Candidate Genes of Ralstonia solanacearum FQY4 for Host Specificity

摘要 为青枯菌与烟草的相互作用研究提供宿主特性候选基因,在烟草青枯菌FQY4基因组测序的基础上,采用基因组及同源基因比较,分析青枯菌株系GMI1000、Po82、CFBP2957、CMR15、PSI07和FQY4的核心基因及FQY4宿主特异性候选基因。结果表明:FQY4基因组中有632个宿主特异性候选基因,其中染色体、巨大质粒分别有365个和267个,包括跨膜蛋白、信号蛋白和细胞壁水解相关的基因,移动元件蛋白和许多未知功能的蛋白基因,以及宿主特异性候选三型分泌系统的42个效应蛋白因子(T3Es)。 In order to obtain the candidate genes of tobacco R.solanacearumfor host specificity,based on the sequenced genome of FQY4,the core genes and special genes of GMI1000,Po82,CFBP2957,CMR15,PSI07 and FQY4 strains were analyzed through the methods of genome comparative and homology blast.The results showed that there are 632 candidate genes for its host specificity in the FQY4genome.Among them 365 and 267candidate genes on its chromosome and huge plasmid respectively,including the genes related to trans-membrane proteins,signal proteins and cell wall hydrolysis,the genes related to mobile element proteins,many unknown functional proteins and 42 effector proteins(T3Es).
