Objective：To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods：120 cases of COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure admitted in a hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group ,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, then the nursing effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results： The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and wheezes, and temperature recovery time of observation group were shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of observation group （98.3 %） was significantly higher than that of control group （86.7 %）, which the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of comprehensive nursing for COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure has good clinical effect,which can be further used in clinical promotion and application.
