岸边式抽水蓄能电站水资源回收利用措施研究与探索 预览

摘要 西龙池电站为纯抽水蓄能、日调节电站,主要承担电网调峰、填谷、调频及事故紧急备用等任务;电站新建有上、下两个水库,均无天然径流,其中下水库位于滹沱河左岸边龙池沟沟脑部位,为典型的岸边式悬库,且地区多年平均蒸发量大于降雨量,干旱性气候,为提高水电转换效率、满足电网的出力需求以及节约水资源、提高水资源利用效率对电站而言显得尤为重要;目前,经过建设期、运行期的设计及不断优化,电站共建成有下水库补水系统、下水库渗漏水回收系统、库底廊道渗漏水回收系统、厂房渗漏及机组运行水回收系统、自流排水洞渗漏水回收系统、排烟竖井渗漏水回收系统、空调水回收系统7套系统。另外,结合下水库渗漏处理,除水库蒸发量无法控制外,电站最大限度地保证了水资源的回收利用,成为了环保节能方面的亮点。 The xi long chi pumped and storage power station of shanxi, as a pure. daily regulation station, mainly undertake peak shaving, filling the valley, frequency adjustment and emergency using to grid.The station has upper and lower reservoirs, and no natural runoff. As a typical shore reservoir, the lower reservoirs is in the left bank of the " HU TUO RIVER" and the middle of the "LONG CHI VALLEY", and the area's average evaporation more than rainfall, drought climate, to improve the efficiency of water, meet the demand of output of the power grid and save water for power plant is particularly important.Now. After construction, operation period and design optimization, the station has built the water supplement system, the recycling system for leakage water of lower reservoir, underground powerhouse, unit equipment. underground caverns, exhaust shaft and air conditioning water. In addition, after the reservoir leakage treatment, the reservoir evaporation can't control still, the power station of utmost to ensure the water resources recycling, has been a highlight of environmental protection and energy saving.
