长沙中国结步行桥钢结构安装施工技术 被引量:1

Steel Structure Installation Construction Technology of Changsha Chinese Knot Pedestrian Bridge

摘要 梅溪湖梅岭公园跨龙王港河步行桥的3条步行道相互交错,钢结构三向扭曲,河道不允许打桩。因此,钢桥整体施工难度较大。分析了钢结构施工难点及应对措施,介绍了钢结构关键施工技术并进行钢结构施工全过程数值模拟分析,分析可知所有施工步骤的结构变形、应力及支撑反力均满足设计要求。采取现场分段拼装后直接吊装的方法,圆满完成了步行钢桥施工任务。 Three walking paths of the pedestrian bridge of Meixi Lake Meiling Park across the Dragon King Kong River cross each other, steel structures twisted to three direetions, and the river is not allowed to pile up. Therefore, the overall construction of the steel bridge is very difficult. In this paper,the steel structure construction difficulties and countermeasures are analyzed, the key construction technology of steel structure is introduced and the numerical simulation analysis of the whole process of steel structure construction is carried on. The analysis shows that the structural deformation, stress and supporting reaelion of all the construction steps can meet the design requirements. Taking the method of diret't hoisting, the walking bridge construction task was completed successfully.
